Our Options:

Big Beef Package

Beef is sold per half which is usually around 300-350 lbs carcass weight. If you have a deep freeze, you should have room for a half.

A half of beef includes:
Steak

Roasts

Ribs

Stew meat

Brisket

Ground beef,

and even soup bones and organs

We will connect you with the butcher so your order can be cut and wrapped to your specifications. They will talk you through all the options and give you some advice about how to choose your cuts if you're not familiar with ordering a side of beef.

The beef is priced at $6/lb carcass weight (GST included). for a half. Regular cutting and wrapping (butcher fees) are included. Making hamburger patties or sausages is an option, but does cost extra.

STANDARD CUT

A typical half consists of:

2 Sirloin Tip Roasts

8 Rump Roasts

10 Ribeye Steaks

12 New York Steaks

10 Filet Steaks

6 Sirloin Steaks

1 Brisket

4 Packages of Short Ribs

1 Package Back Ribs

20 Packages of Stew Meat (1lb ea)

60 Packages of Ground Beef (2lbs ea)

Roasts are 3-4lbs each,

Steaks are cut 3/4" thick, 2 per package

Other choices include Prime Rib Roasts, Round Steaks, Minute Steaks, Shoulder Roasts, Cross Rib Roasts, Soup Bones and Organs.

The butcher will talk you through all your options when you place your order.

Not sure you'll use a brisket?

Not a fan of big ribs?

Any cuts may be substituted for more

ground beef instead.

Quarters are available!

Halves are cut according to our standard instructions (see above) and split equally in two. Quarters are sold at $6/lb carcass weight, including GST and cutting and wrapping.
